VosFactures is a French web-based invoicing tool, with iOS and Android apps. It creates quotes, invoices, deposit invoices, credit notes, delivery notes and receipts. It also covers payment reminders, an expense register, OCR for purchase documents, and stock management. It runs on the same platform as the Polish vendor Fakturownia's InvoiceOcean, which shares a single API across regional brands. A comparison site describes it as a registered Plateforme Agréée for the French e-invoicing reform. Factur-X output and PEPPOL sending and receiving are included in all plans. It suits micro-entrepreneurs, freelancers, very small businesses and associations that need compliant French invoices without paying for a full accounting suite. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per account, not per user. A free Micro plan is limited to 3 documents a month. Basique costs 5 EUR a month and Max costs 60 EUR, excluding VAT.
