Overview
Tiime is a French SaaS tool founded in 2015 by chartered accountants. It combines quotes and invoices, e-invoicing through Tiime's registered platform, bank synchronisation with automatic transaction categorisation, receipt capture, expense reports with mileage allowances, and cash-flow dashboards. A Tiime business account with a French IBAN and Mastercard is built in. Tiime handles pre-accounting only. Full bookkeeping and the tax return package are done in a separate production tool that only accountants use, and the business's accountant gets free access to its data. That makes Tiime a good fit for French micro-entrepreneurs, freelancers and small firms whose accountant already works with Tiime. About 2,000 accounting firms are reported as partners. Pricing is tiered by headcount. Invoicing is free on every tier. For 0 to 1 employee, Initial costs 9.99 euros a month (excluding VAT), Smart 17.99 and Business 24.99. Smart rises to 29.99 for 2 to 5 employees and to 49.99 for 6 to 20, and Business goes to 39.99 and 65.99 on the same tiers. Companies with more than 20 employees get a quote. Paid plans come with a 60-day trial. Business adds payment links, Stripe and GoCardless integrations, Make automation, cash-flow forecasting, e-signature on quotes and debt collection. The main limitation is scope: Tiime is not a general ledger for in-house finance teams. Reviewers also note that the business account has no transfers outside the euro zone and no overdraft, and that the product is focused on the French market.

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Invoicing is free on every tier, with no limit on the number of quotes and invoices, plus e-invoicing through Tiime's registered platform.
- The business's accountant can see its data for free, and around 2,000 accounting firms are reported as partners.
- Bank sync categorises transactions automatically, and receipts can be captured by phone, which cuts pre-accounting work.
- Paid plans come with a 60-day trial, and the entry plan costs 9.99 euros a month.
- Users rate it highly, with about 4.8 out of 5 on Google and Trustpilot.
Cons
- Tiime only does pre-accounting. The full ledger and the tax return package are left to an accountant using Tiime's separate production tool.
- The business account cannot send transfers outside the euro zone and offers no overdraft.
- Reviewers say modules cannot be bought on their own, and the free plan is fairly limited for running a business.
