Overview
Factusol is a Windows desktop program for invoicing and business management, made by Software DELSOL in Mengíbar, Jaén. TeamSystem bought the company in 2021. The program covers the full sales cycle: quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, and recurring service billing. It also handles purchasing and stock control across several warehouses, with serial and lot traceability, automatic supplier orders based on minimum and maximum stock levels, and manufacturing of composite items. On the money side it manages collections and payments, bank reconciliation, SEPA remittances, and a cash calendar. It supports several users, several companies, and several fiscal years. It is built for Spanish tax rules: it is already adapted to VERI*FACTU, supports TicketBAI and Factura-e, and offers SII as an extra-cost module. It suits Spanish small businesses and distributors with real inventory needs. It is less suited to freelancers who work on a Mac or a phone. Factusol used to be free but is now sold by subscription. Independent sites that checked the pricing page in October 2026 report a cloud plan from 21 EUR plus VAT per month, or 252 EUR per year, for 1 user and 1 company with digital support. A local installation starts at 27 EUR. Phone support raises the price, to about 51 EUR in the cloud and 71 EUR installed. There is a 30-day free trial. It connects with other DELSOL products such as the TPVSOL point-of-sale system and the TeamSystem online store, and supports EDI. Its main limitation is that accounting is not included: general ledger work needs the separate ContaSOL product. It also runs natively only on Windows.
