Overview
Netvisor is a cloud financial management system built for the Finnish market by Visma Solutions Oy in Lappeenranta. It covers bookkeeping with automation, sales and purchase invoicing, Maventa e-invoicing, receivables tracking, payroll and time tracking, travel and expense claims, and inventory through Netvisor Varasto by Rackbeat. A Controller layer adds reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Visma says it has more than 45,000 customers and over 800 partner accounting firms, so it suits Finnish companies whose books are handled or reviewed by an accounting office. Pricing is a monthly package fee, quoted excluding VAT, that rises with the customer's turnover band. The packages are Starter, Basic, Core and Professional, and Light is sold through accounting partners. The lowest band starts at 25 euros a month. Basic and Core add per-transaction charges, such as 2.06 euros per sales or purchase invoice. Starter instead includes 1,000 common transactions and payroll for one person at a fixed fee. Payroll and expense claims cost 2.30 to 6.50 euros per person per month, and inventory starts at 70 euros a month. Integrations include MyCashflow e-commerce, with Shopify and WooCommerce announced, Marketplace services such as Kassavirta Plus and the Intrum risk indicator, and an API whose full version requires Professional or higher. Data is hosted on AWS in Germany and Sweden. The main limitation is that costs are hard to predict, because they depend on turnover band and transaction volume. The product is also built for Finland, with Finnish tax and payroll rules, so it is a poor fit outside that market.

- Payroll, expense claims, inventory and Controller budgeting all sit in one system, sized to Finnish rules.
- Starter's flat fee covers 1,000 common transactions, which is predictable for companies with higher volumes.
- Free 30-day trial with no credit card, and it does not convert automatically to a paid plan.
- Data is hosted on AWS in Germany and Sweden, inside the EU and EEA.
Cons
- Package fees rise with the turnover band, and the official page does not show every band's price.
- Basic and Core charge per transaction, so monthly costs vary.
- The full API requires Professional or higher.
- Built for Finland, so it offers little for companies operating elsewhere.
- Visma's trust page shows no Netvisor-specific audit reports or certifications, only AWS's ISO 27001.
