Overview

Shortimize is a web-based analytics platform for short-form video. Teams add any public account by URL or through a browser extension, and Shortimize then pulls view and engagement metrics on a schedule for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X and Sora. It suits app founders, consumer brands and agencies that run UGC or creator programs, because it can track accounts they do not own, such as creators, competitors and influencers. You can group videos into collections, get Slack or Discord alerts when a video passes a view threshold, export to CSV, and pay creators through Contra with base pay, milestone bonuses or CPM. Every plan tracks unlimited accounts. Pricing changes with the number of stored videos, how often data refreshes, and the number of seats. Launch costs $99 a month for 1,000 videos, one seat and daily refresh. Scale costs $249 a month for 5,000 videos, three seats and 12-hour refresh. Enterprise has custom pricing with white label. Annual billing saves about 20 percent. Full API, webhooks and MCP access cost an extra $150 a month below Enterprise, and faster refresh costs $250 or $500 a month. Integrations include Slack, Discord, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, RevenueCat and Superwall. The main limitation is scope. Shortimize only measures performance. It does not schedule posts, help you find creators, connect to ads, or cover long-form content. Independent user reviews are also very scarce.

Who Shortimize is best for

Good fit

  • It tracks unlimited accounts you do not own, and Enterprise adds white label, which suits agencies managing many creators.

  • The vendor focuses on app founders scaling UGC, with RevenueCat and Superwall integrations.

  • It offers cross-platform dashboards and view alerts in Slack or Discord, though it cannot publish posts.

Less suited

  • Creators can use it to track their own short-form performance and get retention insights, but it is priced for businesses.

  • The vendor markets it for short-form video ecommerce, but it has no TikTok Shop sales analytics.

  • Enterprise includes SSO, an SLA, white label and a dedicated success manager, and the vendor lists Warner Music Group as a customer.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Every plan tracks unlimited accounts, including creators and competitors you do not own.
  • Covers more platforms than many rivals, including X and Sora as well as TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
  • Pushes video data into product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude and PostHog, and connects to RevenueCat and Superwall, which is useful for app marketers tying views to revenue.
  • Built-in creator payments through Contra in more than 180 countries.
  • Slack and Discord alerts when a video crosses a view threshold you set.

Cons

  • Full API and faster refresh rates cost extra, from $150 to $500 a month.
  • Below Enterprise, video storage caps and seat limits push costs up as teams grow.
  • Has no creator discovery, ad integrations or post scheduling.
  • Very few independent user reviews; a competitor noted in September 2026 that its G2 profile had no reviews.
  • No refunds once a charge has gone through.
