5.3/10LinkedIn's paid prospecting tool that helps B2B sellers find, track and contact leads and accounts on LinkedIn, with CRM sync on higher tiers.
Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology
Overview
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a prospecting layer on top of LinkedIn's member and company data. Sellers search with advanced filters and Boolean logic, save leads and accounts to lists, get alerts on job changes and posts, and send InMail messages, which are capped at 50 credits a month. AI features include Account IQ and Lead IQ summaries and Message Assist. AI-drafted outreach is in public beta on Advanced and Advanced Plus. There are three tiers. Core suits individual sellers. Advanced adds TeamLink warm-introduction paths, Smart Links content tracking, usage reporting, and seat management for teams. Advanced Plus is quoted by sales and adds deep CRM integration: it writes leads and contacts into the CRM and embeds Sales Navigator profiles in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Sales and Gong. It also adds SSO, SCIM and ROI reporting. Prices are per license, from US$119.99 a month for Core and US$159.99 for Advanced, with cheaper annual billing. It works best for B2B sales teams whose main prospecting channel is LinkedIn. It is not a full CRM, because it has no pipeline or deal management. It provides no email addresses or phone numbers, has no native CSV export, and has no sequencing, so most teams add an enrichment tool and a CRM alongside it.
