Overview

CloudTalk is a cloud phone system and call center platform built in Bratislava, Slovakia. It covers inbound and outbound calling. Inbound features include IVR, skill-based routing, VIP queues and live monitoring. Outbound features include click-to-call plus smart, power and parallel dialers. Its AI layer has three parts. An AI Receptionist answers inbound calls around the clock in more than 70 languages. AI Specialist voice agents handle multi-step workflows, identity checks and calendar sync. An AI Conversation Intelligence add-on produces transcripts, summaries, sentiment, topic extraction and call scoring. Pricing is per user in euros. Starter costs 25 EUR per month billed annually or 34 EUR monthly. Essential is 29 or 39 EUR. Expert is 49 or 69 EUR and needs at least three users. AI features are charged separately. The AI Receptionist tier includes 50 minutes at no charge, AI Specialist is 349 EUR per month for 1,000 minutes, and high-volume AI usage starts at 0.15 EUR per minute. Integrations are a key reason to buy, but they require Essential or higher. That tier unlocks APIs, webhooks, a workflow designer, an MCP server and more than 95 CRM, helpdesk and ATS connectors, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk and Shopify. The Salesforce integration is reserved for Expert. CloudTalk suits small and mid-sized sales and support teams that live in their CRM and make heavy call volumes. The main limitation is cost. Dialers, conversation intelligence and AI agents are all paid extras, so the real per-seat price climbs well above the headline rate. Reviewers also report occasional app glitches and dropped calls.

Who CloudTalk is best for

Good fit

  • Power, parallel and smart dialers and deep CRM sync are built for outbound sales.

  • IVR, skill-based routing, VIP queues, live monitoring and helpdesk connectors serve inbound support.

  • Queues, wallboards, monitoring and 95+ integrations suit growing contact centers.

  • Starter has a one-user minimum, and a 14-day trial with no credit card makes it easy to start.

  • Low entry price and monthly billing help, but add-ons raise costs.

Less suited

  • The cloud phone system lets distributed agents take calls from anywhere.

  • Can scale with custom AI volume pricing, but it is mainly positioned for SMBs.

  • The Expert plan needs at least three users and the core features target call center teams.

  • ATS connectors are among its integrations, but it is not an HR tool.

Pros & Cons

  • Low entry price of 25 EUR per user annually, and a 14-day trial with no credit card.
  • The AI Receptionist includes 50 minutes at no cost and handles inbound calls 24/7 in more than 70 languages.

Cons

  • The Starter plan has no integrations or API, and keeps recordings for only one month.
  • Reviewers report occasional glitches, dropped calls and app bugs.
  • Support response is inconsistent according to some reviewers.
  • US and Canada customers pay an extra 11% compliance recovery fee, and no refunds are given for partial periods.
