Overview
Facturaz is an accounting and invoicing app built for Spain's self-employed workers (autónomos) and small limited companies (SL). It issues numbered invoices that calculate VAT and IRPF withholding automatically, registers them under Verifactu with QR codes, and handles invoices to EU business customers without VAT. Users capture expenses by photographing receipts, forwarding emails, or connecting Google or Microsoft mailboxes, and AI reads the receipt. Bank feeds from CaixaBank, BBVA, Santander, Sabadell, ING and Revolut match payments automatically. The app calculates quarterly tax figures and prepares returns such as Modelo 303 and Modelo 130. An AI assistant called GestorIA answers tax questions using the user's own accounts, and a human team is available on weekdays. Quotes, a point of sale, project time tracking and bookings (in beta) are included in every plan. One login can switch between an autónomo business and an SL. The vendor publishes two monthly prices for autónomos: Go at 24 euros plus VAT, where the user files the returns, and Plus at 44 euros plus VAT, where Facturaz files them on the user's behalf as a collaborating entity of the Spanish Tax Agency. Both plans come with a 14-day trial that requires a card. Company registration and digital certificates are sold as one-off services. Stripe handles card payments. The main limitation is scope. The product is built only for Spanish tax rules, it is very new, and it has almost no independent reviews. No payroll, multi-currency support or published API was found.
