Overview
Evoliz is a French cloud tool that combines quotes and invoicing, purchase and expense capture, bank synchronisation and pre-accounting in one place. It is built for French very small and small businesses, sole traders, artisans, agencies and associations, and for the accountants who look after them. It creates unlimited quotes and invoices, including deposit and progress invoices. It reads supplier invoices with AI OCR, keeps sales, purchase, cash and bank journals with VAT handling, and exports trial balances and journals to the accountant. Evoliz holds NF203 and NF525 anti-fraud certifications. Since Visma bought the company in 2025, it has used Chaintrust by Visma as its approved platform for the French e-invoicing reform. Pricing has two plans. Essentielle costs 29 euros a month excluding VAT, and Avancée costs 49 euros. Paying annually costs 290 or 490 euros, which works out to two months free. Each plan includes one user and one accountant seat, and extra users cost 9 euros a month. Avancée adds recurring invoices, automatic reminders, purchase and delivery orders, simple stock management, analytical axes, a customisable dashboard, 10 synced bank accounts and higher OCR and e-signature quotas. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless, Payzen and Payplug for online payment, PrestaShop, Libéo and Bridge for supplier payments, and the URSSAF API. The main limitation is that Evoliz is not full accounting software. It does not produce annual accounts or pre-filled VAT returns, so most customers still need an accountant's own system.
