Overview
Dinero is a cloud accounting program built for the Danish market. Its main users are sole proprietors, freelancers, tradespeople, small ApS companies and associations. It was founded in 2013 by the people behind Kassekladde.dk and Amino, and Visma bought it in November 2016. It now runs from Visma's Copenhagen offices. The program covers the core bookkeeping a small Danish business needs. That includes invoicing with quotes, reminders and subscription invoices, VAT booking and settlement with one click, bank connections for reconciliation, a receipt archive, and income statement and balance sheet reports. Pricing is in Danish kroner. A free Starter plan works until revenue reaches 100,000 kr. over 12 months. Starter+ adds ad-free invoices, and Pro adds automatic bookkeeping, integrations and multiple users. Total adds the annual report and priority support, and is billed annually only. Postings, invoices and contacts are unlimited on every plan. Paid services for the tax return and the annual report can be bought on top. About 170 integrations are listed, including MobilePay, Nem Bankoverførsel, DataLøn and Salary for payroll, Lunar and Acculeo for receipts, and many webshop and POS systems. A public API developer portal is also available. The main limitation is that Dinero is built around Danish rules and the Danish language. Most integrations and automatic matching require Pro or above. It lacks the depth for larger firms that need several entities, inventory or advanced budgeting.
