Wave pricing FAQs
Yes. The Starter plan costs nothing and includes invoicing and bookkeeping. Payment processing, payroll and bookkeeping services cost extra.
Yes. Wave says you can cancel anytime, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
For customers who signed up after April 2, 2025, US payroll costs a $40 base fee plus $6 per employee or contractor paid each month. In Canada it costs 25 CAD plus 6 CAD per worker, and it is not available in Quebec.
