Overview
a3innuva is Wolters Kluwer's browser-based suite for the Spanish market. It includes a3innuva Contabilidad for accounting, a3innuva Nómina for payroll, and a3innuva ERP, which adds invoicing and business management. There is one version for small and mid-sized companies and another for asesorías, the advisory firms that keep books for many clients. The accounting module records invoices automatically and can detect duplicates. It also handles fixed assets, analytical accounting by cost centre, and VAT and IGIC with filing to the AEAT. Reports include balance sheets and profit and loss with drill-down, plus VAT and IRPF books. The advisory version adds Spanish tax forms such as 303, 347, 349, 111, 115, 130, 131, 180 and 190, automatic year-end closing, and a collaborative mode where client and advisor work on the same data with tracked changes. The SME accounting version starts at 26 euros per month according to Wolters Kluwer. The final price grows with modules such as a3innuva Bank for bank reconciliation and SII submission. Advisory firms have to ask for a quote. Integrations are mostly Spanish tools: Factorial, Sesame HR, Bizneo HR and TramitApp for HR data into payroll, and Inmatic for AI invoice capture. Some connections need the paid Conectia API. The suite is built for Spanish regulation and has little use outside Spain. Review sources point to slow technical support, performance problems with large volumes of data, and limited options for customising reports.

Less suited
Modules for ERP, payroll and banking let it grow with a company, but users report slowdowns with large data volumes.
Rankia says it is less suitable for freelancers with very simple needs.
