Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Copy.ai started in 2020 as an AI copywriting tool and now sells itself as an AI platform for go-to-market teams. It has two main parts. The first is a Chat workspace with access to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models. The second is a workflow layer with Actions, Agents and Tables that automates repeatable sales and marketing work, such as prospect research, outreach drafts, content production and deal coaching. Infobase stores company facts and Brand Voice holds style rules, and both feed into generated output. Fullcast, a RevOps platform, bought Copy.ai in October 2025 and is building its capabilities into Fullcast Propel (powered by Copy.ai). Buyers should expect the product to keep moving deeper into the RevOps suite. The pricing page has a self-serve Chat plan at $29 a month for 5 seats, or $24 a month billed annually. Above that are seat-and-credit workflow tiers: Growth at $1,000 a month for 75 seats and 20K workflow credits, Expansion at $2,000, and Scale at $3,000. Enterprise is quoted by sales and adds API access, bulk workflow runs and a dedicated support team. The vendor claims more than 2,000 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft and Zapier. The main limitation is the jump in price between the Chat plan and the workflow tiers. Users also report billing and cancellation trouble on Trustpilot, and they say output often needs fact-checking and editing before customers see it.

Who Copy.ai is best for

Good fit

  • Brand Voice, Infobase and content workflows are built for producing marketing content at scale.

  • The workflows target prospecting, outreach and deal coaching, with integrations for Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and Salesloft.

  • Enterprise adds API access, bulk runs, SSO and SOC 2 Type II, and the Fullcast ownership adds RevOps context.

  • The Growth to Scale tiers bundle 75 to 200 seats with workflow credits, which suits mid-sized go-to-market organizations.

Less suited

  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach and Salesloft fit B2B software sales teams.

  • Brand Voice and content workflows support content production, but workflow tiers start at 1,000 USD a month.

  • Its RevOps orientation under Fullcast fits revenue operations work.

  • The $29 Chat plan for 5 seats is affordable, but workflows start at $1,000 a month.

  • The Chat plan is cheap at 29 USD for 5 seats, but workflows jump to 1,000 USD.

  • It can generate copy, but reviewers say output is generic and the focus is go-to-market teams.

  • The workflow features are priced for teams, and the Chat plan alone offers little that general chat assistants don't.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • The Chat plan gives 5 seats access to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models for $29 a month.
  • Infobase and Brand Voice keep generated content consistent with company facts and style.
  • Workflows and agents automate repeatable go-to-market plays, not only one-off copy.
  • The vendor claims more than 2,000 integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach and Salesloft.
  • SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and SSO are cited for enterprise buyers.

Cons

  • Workflow tiers jump from $29 to $1,000 a month with no middle option.
  • Trustpilot reviews average about 1.8 out of 5 and cite billing, auto-renewal and cancellation problems.
  • Reviewers say output can be generic or include invented facts, so it needs editing.
  • Since the 2025 Fullcast acquisition the product has been moving into Fullcast Propel, so the roadmap is uncertain.
  • Credit consumption per workflow run is not published in advance.
