Agiled is a business management suite aimed at agencies, consultancies, and freelancers who want project delivery, client management, and billing in one tool. Projects can be planned in kanban, list, or Gantt views, and reusable templates cover repeatable work. Each task has a built-in timer, and tracked time can be turned into an invoice. Clients log into a portal where they can follow project progress, pay invoices, sign documents, and open support tickets. The same workspace also includes CRM contacts and pipelines, proposals and contracts, workflows, tickets, reports, and AI credits. Pricing is per plan, and each plan includes a fixed number of seats. Billed annually, Starter costs $24 a month for 1 seat, Pro $59 for 3 seats, Business $99 for 7 seats, and Scale $199 for 15 seats. Extra seats cost $20 each per month. Paying annually saves about 20%. On Starter and Pro, a branded portal, a custom domain, and custom SMTP are paid add-ons. Clients and contacts do not use up seats.
