Overview
Agency Handy is a client portal built for productized service businesses such as design, marketing and development agencies. Agencies list services with tiered pricing, one-time or subscription billing, setup fees and coupons. Clients order and pay through branded order forms. Each order generates tasks that the team manages on Kanban boards. The same workspace covers a lead CRM, proposals, invoices and subscriptions, help desk tickets, timer-based time tracking, custom intake forms, and file review with image markup, versioning and approvals. Clients and the internal team talk inside the portal. Payments run through Stripe, PayPal, manual bank transfer and Wise for invoices. Higher plans add webhooks, an API key, Slack integration, app embeds and custom scripts. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per workspace tier, not per seat. The comparison table lists Freelancer at $29 per month for 1 user, Team Starter at $99 for 10 users and Business Pro at $199 for 30 users and up to 5 workspaces. Yearly, three-year and lifetime billing options also appear, and a 7-day free trial needs no card. Custom domain and branded email need Team Starter or higher. The main limitation is that work is tied to the service-order model. Independent reviewers note that tasks come from services and orders rather than being freely created, proposals are basic, automation has no visual builder, and there are no native mobile apps. That makes it a poor fit for general-purpose project management.

Who Agency Handy is best for
Good fit
It is built around agency service catalogs, client orders, white-label portals and retainer billing.
A single-user Freelancer plan exists, but the vendor page currently marks it as sold out.
Less suited
Productized services and retainers fit, but the order-based workflow suits bespoke consulting work less well.
Flat pricing for up to 10 or 30 users suits small service firms.
It has no published compliance certifications and user caps top out at 30 on public plans.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Flat tier pricing covers up to 10 users for $99 a month, so agencies do not pay per seat.
- File review supports image markup, client-visible or internal comments, versioning and approvals.
- Service setup is flexible, with tiers, subscriptions, setup fees, split payments, coupons and upsell add-ons.
- It replaces several tools by combining the portal, CRM, invoicing, tickets and time tracking in one product.
- Users rate it highly, averaging about 4.9 out of 5 on G2 across a small number of reviews.
Cons
- Workflows depend on services and orders, and one reviewer found tasks could not be created manually.
- White labeling with a custom domain and email requires Team Starter or higher.
- Proposals are basic, with no multi-section documents or PDF output.
- There are no native mobile apps, and automation lacks a visual builder or branching logic.
- Users report SMTP email delivery problems and limited customization of the client-side layout.
- The vendor page says it gives no refund after cancellation.
