Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology
Overview
AirHub is drone operations software from Groningen in the Netherlands. It covers the full cycle of a drone mission. The Mission Editor pulls in airspace rules, NOTAMs, weather, flight geography, checklists and risk analysis, and it can build waypoint missions from templates. LiveOps streams real-time telemetry and video from DJI drones, with live chat, snapshots, recordings, shareable links and AI object detection. The Logbook keeps mission history with playback, PDF and KML export, and a DJI import service. The Manage module handles fleet maintenance, incidents, personnel, training and skills, mission approvals, and roles and permissions. A Drone Operations Center supports remote operation of DJI Dock units, and AirHub says it integrates with computer-aided dispatch systems and bodycams. The main buyers are police, fire and civil protection services, government agencies and critical infrastructure operators. Press coverage names the Dubai Police and the Belgian Federal Police as clients. Pricing has four tiers: a free Basic plan, Professional at 15 EUR per month, Business at 30 EUR per user per month, and a custom-priced Enterprise plan. The Enterprise plan adds on-premise deployment, SSO and an account manager. Security is a selling point: the company holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, keeps data in Europe, and offers a Secure Data Mode that blocks outgoing traffic. The main limitation is that AirHub runs operations rather than analysing data. It does not process imagery into maps, models or inspection reports, so asset inspection teams will need a separate photogrammetry or analytics tool. Public user reviews are also scarce.
Our Rating
Who AirHub is best for
Good fit
Built around police, fire, civil protection and government drone programmes, with dispatch integration and on-premise options.
Mission planning, logbook, fleet maintenance and crew management suit commercial operators who need to stay compliant.
The Enterprise tier offers SSO, on-premise deployment, ISO 27001 and an account manager.
Less suited
It is marketed to critical infrastructure, but it lacks inspection analytics.
