Overview
AceCloud is the public cloud brand of Real Time Data Services (RTDS), a Gurugram-based company founded in 2010. Its main products are NVIDIA GPU instances and clusters, from H200, H100 and A100 down to L40S, L4 and RTX workstation cards, sold for AI training, inference and visual workloads. Around the GPUs it offers standard, CPU-intensive and RAM-intensive virtual machines, spot instances, managed Kubernetes with a container registry, S3-compatible object storage, block and Glacier archival storage, and managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ and FerretDB. It also sells networking services (VPC, load balancers, CDN, firewall and DDoS protection), cross-region disaster recovery, migration services, OpenShift and private cloud. The pricing page lists locations in Noida, Mumbai and Atlanta. Prices are shown in INR or USD. VMs are billed hourly or monthly, with 10% off a 6-month commitment and 20% off a 12-month commitment. The smallest standard instance (1 vCPU, 4 GB RAM) costs INR 1,349 a month. AceCloud says bandwidth is unmetered and it charges no setup or migration fees. The best fit is Indian companies that want data kept in India under Indian law, and AI teams looking for GPU capacity cheaper than the hyperscalers. Partners include Microsoft, Red Hat, Veeam, VMware, NetApp and Fortinet. The main limitation is how little independent evidence exists. G2 shows no reviews for AceCloud, Trustpilot has only one or two, and the region footprint and managed-service catalogue are far smaller than those of AWS or Azure. Sources also disagree on its data center count and uptime SLA figure.

Who AceCloud is best for
Good fit
Developers get GPU instances, Kubernetes and managed databases on demand.
Hourly billing, cheaper GPUs, and unmetered bandwidth suit AI startups that are watching costs.
Less suited
Enterprises can use private cloud, disaster recovery, and the India data residency on offer, but the regional footprint is limited.
VMware migration, backup and disaster recovery services are aimed at IT teams.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Cheapest standard VM is INR 1,349 a month, with 10% and 20% discounts for 6- and 12-month commitments.
- Bandwidth is unmetered and there are no setup or migration fees, which keeps costs predictable.
- Wide NVIDIA range on one platform, from H200 and H100 to L4, plus reserved GPU capacity.
- Indian data centers and India-governed data ownership appeal to buyers with data residency requirements.
- Broad managed catalogue that includes Kafka, RabbitMQ and FerretDB, as well as PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis.
Cons
- Very little independent review evidence: G2 shows no reviews and Trustpilot has only one or two.
- Only three listed locations (Noida, Mumbai, Atlanta), so global reach is far below the hyperscalers.
- Storage, Kubernetes and database prices are not shown on the main pricing page.
- Third-party listings disagree on the uptime figure (99.95% or 99.99%), the data center count, and the scope of SOC 2 and HIPAA coverage.
