Overview
Scopito is a browser-based platform from Denmark for handling visual inspection data, mostly drone imagery. Teams upload photos of power lines, wind turbines, solar PV plants and building roofs. They can see on a map where each image was taken and then tag and annotate faults with a severity level. Filters let them sort large image sets by fault type or severity. From those filters the platform builds custom PDF reports instead of long, fixed documents. Other features include AI fault detection, thermal image analysis, comparison against earlier inspections to spot deterioration, import of KML asset locations, and roles and rights so colleagues and clients can review or approve findings. It suits utilities, drone service providers and inspection firms. Energinet, for example, shares grid images with remote experts through a web link. Pricing is charged per asset rather than as a standard subscription. For buildings, the public price is 50 EUR per building with unlimited images. Optional expert analysis costs 1 EUR per image, with a 150 EUR minimum per building. Enterprise licences are quoted and add volume discounts, on-premise installation and custom development. A white-label version starts at 15,000 EUR. There is a 14-day free trial. Scopito says it integrates with SAP and flight software. The main limitation is that it covers visual inspection and reporting only. It has no work orders, maintenance scheduling or parts management, and public prices for power line, wind and solar assets were not shown on the pages reviewed.

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Map-based view of geotagged images helps teams find faults across large power line image sets.
- Filters by severity and fault type feed directly into tailored PDF reports, which a wind inspection customer contrasted with 60-page reports.
- Per-asset pricing with unlimited images makes costs predictable for each building inspected.
- On-premise installation and white-label options suit utilities and drone service providers.
Cons
- No work orders, maintenance scheduling or spare parts management, so a separate CMMS is still needed.
- Public prices for power line, wind and solar assets were not shown on the official pages reviewed.
- A G2 reviewer complained that the final PDF reports are large files.
- No security certifications were published on the pages reviewed.
