Overview

RTK-DC (RTK-TsOD, Rostelecom Data Centers) is the Rostelecom subsidiary that runs the group's commercial data centers and cloud services, including the former DataLine business. It has one of the largest data center networks in Russia. A 2025 market review cites 25 Tier III facilities with about 27,000 racks and 260 MW of total capacity. Its sites include Moscow, where the Medvedkovo hyperscale cluster houses its Public Cloud, plus Saint Petersburg, Udomlya, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod. On top of colocation, the company sells a public cloud with configurable virtual machines, ready-made Kubernetes clusters with a built-in container registry, and managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ and ClickHouse. It also offers backup, disaster recovery, VDI, GPU capacity on NVIDIA H200, hosted GitLab, and security services such as DDoS protection and firewalls. Customers manage both cloud and colocation services through the cloud.rt.ru portal, which in 2025 added rack monitoring, access-pass requests and support tickets. RTK-DC suits enterprises, government bodies and regulated organizations that need domestic Russian infrastructure from a state-linked telecom operator. Prices are not published. Buyers request a quote, and costs depend on the contract. The main limitation is that the provider serves the Russian market almost exclusively, with Russian-language sales and documentation and no public self-serve price list. That makes it a poor fit for international teams or small developers who want transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing.
