Overview
MindStudio, built by GoMeta and earlier known as YouAI, gives users a visual block editor for multi-step AI agents. A single workflow can use different models at each step, picked from more than 200 models by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Meta and others. No API keys are needed, though you can bring your own. Agents can pull from knowledge bases built on documents, websites and databases. They can scrape the web, generate documents and pause for a human approval step. Builders who need more can add custom JavaScript, Python or HTTP blocks. Finished agents deploy as web apps, website embeds, scheduled or email-triggered agents, webhooks, Chrome extensions, API endpoints or MCP servers. Native connectors include HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack and Notion, and it also works with Zapier, Make and n8n. There are three plans. Free covers 1 agent and 1,000 runs a month. Individual costs $20 a month, or $16 a month billed annually, with unlimited agents and runs. Business is custom-priced and adds team workspaces, permissions, SSO, audit logs, budgets, self-hosting and custom domains. On every plan, model usage is billed per token at the provider's rate with no markup. The product suits operators and agencies who want production AI workflows without an engineering team. The biggest gap is that there is no team plan between the single-seat Individual tier and custom Business pricing. Costs also scale with token usage, which makes high-volume spend harder to forecast.
Our Rating
Who MindStudio is best for
Good fit
Reviewers call out agencies building multi-model client workflows without engineers as a core fit.
The Individual plan includes unlimited agents and runs, and creators can monetize the agents they publish.
Scheduled, email-triggered and webhook agents with human approval steps fit operational automation.
The free tier and $20 plan make it cheap to start, although team features need the custom Business plan.
Less suited
The Business tier has SSO, audit logs, self-hosting and SOC 2 Type II, but its pricing is opaque.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Each block in a workflow can use a different model, chosen from more than 200, with no need for your own API keys.
- Model usage is charged at the provider's rate with no markup on every plan.
- One build can deploy as a web app, embed, API, webhook, Chrome extension, scheduled agent or MCP server.
- Power users can add custom JavaScript, Python and HTTP blocks when the no-code blocks fall short.
- The free tier allows 1 agent and 1,000 runs a month, and the Individual plan has unlimited runs for $20.
Cons
- There is no mid-tier team plan, so collaboration requires custom-priced Business.
- Token usage is billed on top of the subscription, which makes high-volume costs hard to forecast.
- Reviewers say complex branching logic has a real learning curve and sometimes needs workarounds.
- There are no built-in analytics for output accuracy or quality.
- Written documentation for advanced features has gaps, according to reviewers.
