Overview

KanbanFlow is a browser-based Kanban tool made by CodeKick AB, a small company in Gothenburg, Sweden. It combines task boards with time tracking. On a board, columns can carry WIP limits and you can add horizontal swimlanes. Tasks support subtasks, recurring tasks, relations that work across boards, custom fields, labels and colours. Filters work by user, label, colour or due date. The built-in stopwatch and Pomodoro timers feed time-spent reports and Pomodoro statistics. On the analytics side there are cumulative flow, cycle and lead time, burndown, throughput, due-date performance and Monte Carlo forecasting reports. A timeline or Gantt view was added to the Premium plan in 2026. Integrations cover Zapier, an API with webhooks, an iCal calendar feed, adding tasks by email, and file attachments from Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Box. There are two plans. The Free plan has no time limit. Premium costs 5 USD per user per month, with 10 percent off for annual billing, and comes with a 14-day trial. Premium can be turned on for selected boards only, and other boards stay shareable without a licence. It fits freelancers, small businesses and teams running lean or Kanban workflows. The main limitation is that there is no native mobile app, only a mobile web app. Reviewers also mention slow email support and less flexible workflow customisation than larger suites.
