6.5/10

Inspectivity is a no-code cloud and mobile platform from Perth that lets energy, mining and engineering teams run digital inspections, track issues and model asset hierarchies.

Data last updated November 2026 · Our methodology

Overview

Inspectivity is an inspection and asset management platform built by a Perth, Western Australia company founded in 2012. HSE and maintenance teams use it to model an asset hierarchy with nameplate attributes, build their own inspection forms without code, carry out inspections on mobile devices with or without a connection, attach photos, and track issues through to closeout. Its customers are mainly in energy, mining, utilities, construction and engineering, and it names Santos and Wesfarmers among them. Typical uses include pre-start checks, shutdown turnarounds, commissioning and completions, and compliance auditing. Pricing is in Australian dollars. Essentials costs AUD 75 per month for one user and is capped at one project, 1,000 items and three inspection templates. Professional costs AUD 600 per month, has a five-user minimum, removes those caps and adds custom reports and training. Enterprise is priced by quote and adds API integration, SSO, BI data visualisation, single-tenant hosting and a staging environment. Each plan comes with some free read-only users. You can integrate it with an ERP or CMMS so asset data isn't entered twice, and the company holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications. Its main limitation is scope. It is an inspection-focused tool, not a full CMMS, and public evidence of spare parts, preventive maintenance scheduling or sensor monitoring is thin. Independent reviews are also few, and the key integration features are only on the Enterprise tier.
