Overview
DroneBundle is a workspace-based platform for running a commercial drone business or an in-house drone program. It started as an internal tool at The Flyby Guys, a drone operator, and was launched commercially in November 2025. Projects, jobs, clients and equipment sit together: flight logs attach to each job, maps and 3D or thermal models are built from job photos, and client and pilot invoices are generated from the flights actually flown. Flight logs sync automatically from DJI aircraft, and logs from Autel, Parrot, PX4 and ArduPilot can also be imported. DJI Dock flights sync through FlightHub 2. Other features include airspace and weather go/no-go checks, 3D flight replay, a client portal, a CRM with deals and forecasting, and document expiry reminders read from certificates. There are iPhone and Android apps. Pricing is a flat fee per workspace with no per-seat charges. Solo is $199 a month for one user, Team is $499 a month for up to 10 people, and Enterprise starts at $1,490 a month. Image processing uses credits, and extra credits and storage are sold as add-ons. A Slack integration is included. API access, webhooks and the Zapier, Make and n8n connections are Enterprise-only. So are the safety features (risk register, incident reporting, audits) and maintenance tracking. The main limitation is how new the product is. It has no published user reviews, and safety and maintenance are locked behind the most expensive tier. Small operators get no automation or compliance modules on the Solo or Team plans.
Our Rating
Who DroneBundle is best for
Good fit
It is built for commercial drone operators, with client portals, CRM and invoicing generated from flights.
Pilot scheduling, mobile apps and per-job airspace checks support crews in the field.
The Solo plan at $199 a month covers a one-pilot operation with unlimited projects.
Less suited
The Enterprise tier adds API access, safety modules, branding and backup to your own cloud, but the product has no track record yet.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- A flat price per workspace with no per-seat fees, so the Team plan covers up to 10 people for $499 a month.
- Flight logs sync automatically from DJI, and logs from Autel, Parrot, PX4 and ArduPilot can be imported.
- Client and pilot invoices are generated from the flights actually flown, which links operations to billing.
- A 14-day trial includes all features with no credit card required.
- A read-only MCP server lets ChatGPT or Claude query workspace data.
Cons
- Safety, maintenance, API and Zapier features are only available on Enterprise, which starts at $1,490 a month.
- The product only launched in 2025, and the review sites we checked have no user reviews yet.
- Image processing is metered by credits, so heavy mapping work adds cost.
- A SourceForge listing reports that autonomous flight and offline operation are not supported.
